Leadership in the field of tension between research, teaching and management
We cordially invite you to our cross-university online workshop "Leadership in the field of tension between research, teaching and management" (30 June 2025 + 7 July 2025). The event offered by Paderborn University is aimed at experienced professors and enables an intensive discussion among professors from different NRW universities on all topics and issues relevant to professional leadership in the university context.
The workshop will be led by Alexandra Busch, systemic coach for university presidents and professors and expert in team and organisational development at universities.
